Vessel Tracking provides a pro-active vessel tracking service making use of numerous available sources, e.g. to prepare for a ship arrest or otherwise. We find out the next port of call and inform you about the ship's estimated time and date of arrival. Thereafter, the vessel is closely monitored and her (near) actual arrival reported, allowing the customer to take appropriate action.
How VT works
In general, Dynamar needs 2-3 hours to track a cargo ship within the space of a month. Obviously, actual time spent will depend on her trading pattern. For instance, a vessel employed in a shortsea trade needs a closer tracking effort as she will make more frequent port calls than a ship on a long-haul route. It is also possible to track a ship for a period of a week or even shorter, subject to your requirements. Likewise you can start and stop tracking ships as needed.
