DynaLiners Daily - Hapag-Lloyd: a second terminal
Hapag-Lloyd has purchased a 10% stake in Marsa International Tangier Terminals, which will operate Terminal 3 at Tangier-Med. Other shareholders are Marsa Maroc (50% plus one share), and Eurogate (40% minus one share). Terminal 3, with capacity for 1.5 million TEU, is planned to start operations by mid-2020. Besides this one, the German carrier's only other terminal interest is a 25.1% stake in Hamburg's Container Terminal Altenwerder, of which the remaining stock is held by operator HHLA.
