DynaLiners Daily - DP World Canada goes Fraser Surry Docks
DP World Canada, a 55-45 joint venture between the Dubai-based stevedore and investor Caisse de Dépôt et Placement de Québec (CDPQ), has acquired Fraser Surrey Docks Vancouver from Macquarie Infrastructure Partners. The multipurpose facility along the Fraser River operates a quay line of 1,200 meters and 75 ha of yard space. In addition to various other business, the terminal handled around 350,000 TEU in 2019. With 1,375 kilometers, the Fraser River is the longest river in British-Columbia on the Pacific coast of Canada.
